You may apply for the membership in-person, via phone, mail with a cheque, or online.

    For Online Registration (except Martial Arts, Chado, Hula, and Taiko students):

    This is to apply for regular membership.  For family membership, please add the children’s date of birth in the Children’s Name field. For supporting membership, please apply via phone, mail, or in-person.
