Family Day Magical Imperfections

Join us for a day of family fun - a wholesome afternoon of inspiration, creativity and discovery. The theme of the day is “Magical Imperfection” a thought-provoking term made famous by renowned architect Raymond Moriyama. The JCCC will be screening “Magical Imperfection” a documentary celebrating the life and architecture of Raymond Moriyama at 2PM. Whether your idea of fun is a friendly competition between family and friends or a quiet origami session, there will be something for everyone in the family.
Activities will include:
- Origami activity inspired by the teachings of Raymond's grandfather to a young Raymond
- Family Activities in the Main Hallway
- Snack Bar run by the JCCC Karate group
- Screening of Magical Imperfection with Q&A to follow
- Guided Museum Tour
