ONE LAST BLOOM

Jin has returned to Japan after a forty-year boxing career in the U.S. that never panned out. Shogo is a struggling young boxer just coming off an unfair defeat. He is stunned by the elderly Jin's sharp counterpunch during a street fight and asks him to be his trainer. And so the two men decide to seize their final chance at glory. Shogo's firm determination reminds Jin of his own dream, and he puts his life on the line for Shogo's world title match that could be their last bout together. A powerful crowd-pleasing films with a touching father-son bond at its core. The fight scenes are so authentic that they inspired co-star Ryusei Yokohama to qualify as a pro boxer.
